Ron Kavanaugh, Executive Director
Ron Kavanaugh operates the book marketing website Mosaicbooks.com and publishes the literary quarterly Mosaic. He recently served as director of the Bronx Writers' Center, and currently consults on literary and digital projects for the Bronx Council on the Arts.

Lynne d Johnson
Lynne d Johnson is the senior editor of FastCompany.com. She was previously the general manager, New Media for Vibe and Spin magazines. Lynne also worked as editor for BlackPlanet.com and Digital New York. She holds an MBA in Media Management from the Metropolitan College of New York, an advanced certificate in Multicultural Studies from the College of Mount Saint Vincent, and a BA in Journalism from the State University of New York College at New Paltz.

Troy Johnson
Troy Johnson is the founder and webmaster of the AALBC.com, LLC (The African American Literature Book Club). He serves as an advisory board member of the Harlem Book Fair, and is the book editor for Harlem World Magazine. Troy holds an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Felicia Pride
Felicia Pride is the founder of theBackList.net, an organization dedicated to keeping books in style. She is a regular contributor to AOL Black Voices and Publishers Weekly and serves as editor of Mosaic magazine. She’s the author of The Message: 100 Life Lessons from Hip-Hop’s Greatest Songs and holds a M.A. in writing/publishing from Emerson College.


Natasha Tarpley
Natasha Tarpley is an award-winning author of several books for children and the memoir, Girl in the Mirror: Three Generations of Black Women in Motion. A graduate of Harvard University, she is the recipient of numerous awards including a National Endowment for the Arts Fellowship.
